Siu Lim Tao
1st Empty Hand Form
" Little Idea / Path to the Young"
Here, the word 'Little" has a completely opposite meaning.
Siu Lim Tao walks you through the principles and concepts of Wing Chun;
Structure, Centerline, Center-plane, Grounding, Basic Horse, Distance, Geometry and Universal Laws.
It introduces one to the essential tools (movements).
This is a static form, no shifting/moving of one's structure is involved.
It brings you to the discovery of the knowledge encrypted within.
This form is a full instruction manual that contains the most important information for a Wing Chun foundation.

Chum Kiu
2nd Empty Hand Form
"Cross the Bridge/ Closing the Gap"
Chum Kiu is the path between Siu Lim Tao and Biu Gee.
It teaches you how to apply two different movements simultaneously, stepping forward, breaking part of your body structure, safely closing the gap, counterforce law of motion, shifting of the centerline, breathing, alignment, diverting / absorbing / reading the opponent's energy, two new "horse" positions and the two basic Wing Chun kicks.
The student will learn the full form combined with exercises to generate and apply the most efficient movements, thereby increasing sensitivity and coordination.

Biu Gee
3rd Empty Hand Form
"Spearing/Thrusting Hands"
Biu Gee brings you to a new way of motion, learning how to break your body structure completely using a different plane as a reference while maintaining balance.
It introduces a new set of movements and variants within the basic movements.
It emphasizes on a variety of thrusting fingers movements.
This form will set the foundation for the future study of the Fenix Punch, Long Pole and Double Swords.

Mook Yang jong
4th Form
"Wooden Man Trunk"
Mook Yang Jong is a perfect practicing tool. It provides you with numerous lines of attack to properly apply and improve your toolbox of movements, reinforcing your advancing horse, angles of attack, executing kicks and strikes with power and applying three limbs simultaneously .
In this form, you will learn new movement combinations based on Chum Kiu and Biu Gee forms.
Loop Dim Poon Kuan
5th Form
"Long Pole 6 1/2 Points"
In ancient days, it was added to Wing Chun training .
This form is an excellent tool to reinforce your "horse". It presents you the "battle punches/horse drill".
It teaches you how to generate energy from the ground within your body and make it travel all the way to the tip of the pole, focusing your mind in a small point of contact, increasing your side vision and accuracy. This form reinforces your legs and wrists , building a solid ground to study the double swords.
This is an extremely hard form to practice and master.
Baat Jam Dao
6th Form
"Eight Cutting/ Slashing/ Stabbing Swords"
Baat Jam Dao will bring you back to the Origins of Wing Chun, providing you with a comprehensive study of the "Mother Theory" of Wing Chun together with a complete knowledge of the weak points of the human body and the "Fenix Punch" .
It will teach you how to advance with a new horse "stepping movement".
Awesome form to reinforce your Empty Hands movements.
Tong Qi Gong
"7 Breathing Position"
This is an amazing exercise of concentration and breathing to bring Yin and Yang energy from Nature , towards the vital organs of our body and strengthen it.
